I decided to toy around with different containers and various bottles around my apartment, just to see what would come out of it. I was fairly pleased with most of the results, but this one stood out the most to me. The way that it's partially blurred and partially normal, along with the slight green tint, gave me the impression of a scene from a nightmare or a horror movie. It was completely worth the experiment, and something I might play around with again in the near future.
Oh, and please note that this was not edited in any way, shape, or form.
I went for a short walk around my apartment complex, looking for anything interesting to take a picture of. I found it, a brick wall with stains and shadows on it that just gave it kind of an eerie look/feel. The color, the way the light touches it, and the way my cell phone captured it all came together just right.
Bringing back my photo-a-day project, with one twist that won't be seen here. Instead of just posting pictures and talking a little bit, I've purchased a Polaroid Pogo Instant Mobile printer and will be printing every photo you see here starting with today's for my own collection.
This particular photo was taken at the pool behind my fiance's apartment. Pools at night are always really interesting for shoots. Playing with my phones settings, I ended up opting for the picture that wasn't taken in "night mode" and instead just used the standard setting for this one. Then, you gotta get in close while making sure the phone doesn't go in.
